Shipping & Delivery Policy

Chef Crafted currently delivers within Orange County, California only.
We prepare all meals fresh to order and hand-deliver them to ensure quality and taste.

Delivery Schedule

Orders placed before Saturday at 11:59 PM will be delivered on Monday of the same week. Orders placed after Saturday will roll into the following week’s delivery schedule.

Delivery Area

Delivery is available to most residential and business addresses within Orange County. If your address is outside our delivery radius, we will contact you to adjust or cancel your order with a full refund.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. 
Subscription meal plans may include discounted or free delivery depending on the plan selected.

Delivery Process

You’ll receive a text or email notification on the morning of your delivery with an estimated delivery window.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, or leave a cooler with ice packs at your doorstep to keep meals fresh.

Freshness Guarantee

All meals are prepared fresh, never frozen, and delivered in temperature-controlled packaging.
Refrigerate immediately upon receipt. Meals stay fresh for up to 5–7 days when properly refrigerated.
